 Overlays & NameplatesPolycarbonate, polyester, aluminum and other materials are converted using silkscreen, flexographic, and offset presses. We combine velvets, glass clears, mattes and other finishes with a broad range of adhesive systems, to achieve just the right look and function. Because color matches are often critical on overlays, we employ computer color matching and other sophisticated techniques to control color. Back to top of page  Roll LabelsWe use highly productive rotary letterpress and flexographic equipment to convert hundreds of paper and film materials, to continually improve appearance and functional performance while driving costs down. We are experienced with ultra-removable, tamper-evident and other specialized materials. Although roll labels are often used for high volume disposables, we have pioneered special techniques to convert durable materials at high speeds. Back to top of page  Barcode, Variable Data & Serialized LabelsWe use a variety of printing methods to produce barcode labels on hundreds of materials using all of the barcode symbologies in use today. Labels can be sequentially numbered, or printed using data from customer-supplied files. We have developed software to deliver unique counting sequences used by OEMs. On all barcode labels, we use proprietary verification systems that 100% verify the readability of codes and prevent the creation of duplicate serial numbers.
 Medical ProductsOur systems and products in this category are geared to the special quality control requirements of medical product manufacturers. This includes procedures for line clearance, material traceability and copy control. We have developed unique “continuous flow” assembly processes that reduce costs, in-process inventories and lead times. Using our rapid prototyping techniques, we can build working prototypes in days rather than weeks, prior to buying tooling. A complete testing facility allows us to test design parameters and perform regular lifecycle tests on production parts.

Back to top of page  Precision Die-cut ComponentsThis product category includes spacers, seals, unique adhesive bonding systems, gaskets and a virtually unlimited array of materials used for unusual applications. In some cases, the key requirement is to deliver tight tolerance shapes by using Class A tooling. In others, the key ingredient is a unique combination of laminated materials, that when die-cut, perform a particular function. Back to top of page  Shields & InsulatorsOur engineers design and build unique combinations of materials to achieve the required dielectric properties (in the case of insulators) or the proper levels of EMI/RFI protection (in the case of shields). Customer Service Representatives have on-line access to inventory levels, and can respond immediately when you call. For custom designed labels, we have extensive knowledge of thermal transfer ribbon and material combinations for use on all thermal transfer printers. Often, custom sizes can be selected from our large existing inventory of dies. We can also get you a Thermal Label printer if you need one. See below for a couple that we highly recommend.
