Our amazing team had an incredible Fishing Trip last week! Read on to learn about the one that got away!
1) Good job Ricardo on the biggest fish!
2) Congratulations to Ricardo, Kellie, Jeff, Angie, and Jay for the longest cumulative length fish. I hope you enjoy your new tackle box and supplies!
Other notable mentions:
3) The pod of dolphin on the way out and also on the way back in.
4) The large shark (great white?!) that was lounging around near the island.
5) Nora catching her limit on white fish and then some!
6) Multiple double hook-ups on the rock fish by a few people, awesome!
7) The pair of bald eagles at the island. I don't see those around here very often.
8) The landing of 2 yellowtail with the help of the crew by Anthony and myself (with Viry's help, which was hilarious). Glad we got to share the fillets all around.
9) The yellowtail that Johnathon had help with by the crew that the seal ate. Bummer! I don't know what ended up happening to all of that braided line but that seal took that fish for a long swim.
10) And lastly, Dave Anderson with the biggest fish hookup, who chased it all around the boat, almost landed, only to be eaten by a seal! WHAT HEARTBREAK! This easily would have turned the tables on who won, but alas, it is not meant to be!
